This touching, meticulous interpretation of Winnie the Pooh, executed with the attention to detail so characteristic of the RODINA Sochi hotel, is a touching and delicate creation.
Under the soft glaze lies a coconut cake, airy vanilla-lime mousse, a nut with condensed milk, and a mini profiterole with berry jelly. This dessert makes you want to examine it, taste it, smile—and for a moment, return to your own childhood.
It was an instant favorite among guests: adults for its nostalgia and soft atmosphere, and young guests for its vibrant image and rich flavor.
