Dear Guests, we invite you to the opening of a special menu featuring a dynamic gastronomic dinner, showcasing the best flavors of the country—from the Black Sea to the Pacific Ocean.
The RODINA Hotels alliance's "Gastronomic Odyssey" festival, dedicated to exploring native flavors, will make its stop in Sochi on March 15.
This evening, you will enjoy the culinary art of three outstanding chefs:
Dmitry Akhmadullin, brand chef of RODINA restaurants and responsible for the flavors of the South, will present a scallop appetizer, born in harmony with the citrusy freshness of mandarin. Sea grapes with crisp caviar add a unique texture, while Crimean onions impart a subtle sweetness. The chef will also offer an exquisite dish of rapana with creamy suluguni mousse, garnished with festive red caviar.
Irina Tsyntaryuk, chef of YURA restaurant, will reveal the flavors of Central Russia and serve Voronezh beef tartare on potato gratin with young truffle cheese. For the main course, Irina will prepare duck fillet served with a delicate Jerusalem artichoke cream.
Pyotr Birkin, brand chef of ULISS Asia, Amba, Vento, and She Kong, will highlight the flavors of the Far East. He will prepare crab with a mango and mustard seed sauce. For the main course, tender halibut, carefully prepared with a Chinese seafood sauce and mushroom garnish, awaits.
