Five Stars Gastronomic Festival at RODINA Grand Hotel & SPA Sochi 5*
This summer, RODINA Grand Hotel & SPA Sochi 5* is taking part in the large-scale federal gastronomic project “Five Stars.” This unique event unites 31 leading five-star hotels from six cities across Russia to present gastronomy as a true art form.
From August 1 to August 31, at the Rodina restaurant, our brand chef Dmitry Akhmadullin will showcase a special festival set — an exclusive signature menu created specifically for this event.
Each set is a refined journey through taste and emotion:
Starter: Tomatoes of various kinds with Adyghe cheese, smoked pepper sauce, and almonds, paired with Makachinés Sauvignon Blanc white wine.
Main Course: Dumplings with braised duck, chanterelles, and parmesan, paired with Usad’ba Mezyb Golenjzhik white wine.
Dessert: “Chocolate Dacquoise” with salted caramel, walnuts, and white chocolate cream under a chocolate veil, paired with Esse Cabernet Select Satera red wine.
