On November 10, the Black Magnolia restaurant hosted a 4-hand gastronomic dinner with the participation of famous chefs from Sochi and Krasnodar. The hotel's brand chef Dmitry Akhmadullin and Master of Southern Gastronomy, Chef Andrey Matyukha, presented unique dishes inspired by seasonal products. Each one has been carefully designed and prepared with love.
Burnt smoked Kuban peppers with dogwood adjika, pike perch in spicy oil, tomato lecho with lemon and mint, horseradish and dill sauce, scallop with baked root vegetable cream are part of a special menu that reflects the creative approach of the chefs.
